SHIPPING: only 1¢ cent! For years this concert DVD aired on public access stations across the country including a number of years on Maui while Michael lived on the island. It was not unusual to be out in public when strangers would come up to him and say “I saw you on TV the other day!” (which normally started a ‘talk story’ session right on the spot!). In 2007 Michael wrote the following about the DVD:
“Ever wanted to see someone play The Chapman Stick up close and personal? This DVD captured 20 songs in an 80-minute live concert that I gave before a live audience and a four-member camera crew. The production company spent close to 100 hours on the post-production editing to make this video the absolute best it could be. Consider this: 90% of the population has never even heard about this amazing American instrument- let alone having seen a real performance. Now you can have this great experience right at home. A nice selection of both covers and originals were performed at this live concert and I played bass, chords, melodies and leads all at once plus a guitar synthesizer and multiple effects pedals”
